Sustainable Corn Factory
The corn factory showcases the numerous benefits of corn consumption. This smart building features a well-defined layout, with commercial access on the first level. The upper level is dedicated to residential spaces, providing employees with comfortable living accommodations. The facility is expertly divided into four distinct sections: the factory, residential areas, commercial spaces, and health room facilities.
Residencial Corn Factory
The employees of the Corn Factory enjoy a stunning modern residence that accommodates around 200 residents. This beautiful building boasts exceptional amenities, including a pool, library, gym, patios, restaurants, shopping stores, a tortilla factory, and playgrounds. The vibrant energy of the community is fueled by physical activity and abundant sunlight.
The Willamette Mountain Museum
The Mountain Museum stands as a remarkable pyramid-shaped space. Constructed from multiple layers of glass, plexiglass, concrete, cement, and organic materials sourced from the surrounding soil and mountain landscapes, it showcases innovative design. Visitors can enjoy an observatory that offers stunning views of the Willam River, nearby industrial companies, railroads, and train transport.
Cafe and Bar Mountain Museum
The Willamette Mountain Museum stands as a premier local and tourist attraction, highlighting the rich industrial culture surrounding the river. Our café features a diverse menu that celebrates the vibrant flavors of Portland from various cultures. With a welcoming lobby, an extensive library, captivating exhibits of mountain nature, an auditorium, an observatory, and an internal train, we provide an engaging experience for families and visitors eager to discover the remarkable benefits of Oregon's mountains in our world.
The Sun, Shades and Sound Library
Welcome to the Sun and Sound Library, a project that could pop up anywhere in the world—yes, even in your backyard if you’re feeling adventurous! This building is all about soaking up that glorious natural sunlight like a sunbather on a beach.

Imagine lighting that comes straight from the great outdoors! Each room is like a surprise party for your senses. Those openings? They’re not just windows; they’re like nature’s way of throwing shade—literally! The reflections dance around, giving the library a natural flair that even the fanciest decorator would envy.
The Sound
Now, let’s talk about sound. With vibrant lighting, ever-changing weather, and shiny metallic materials, this place channels the vibes of instruments from German churches and cathedrals. The sounds? Oh, they’re a symphony of holistic temperature changes!
